Dr.Sumeet is the founder chairman of Shofar Tabernacle Ministries. He is married to Sabitha who leads the ministry besides him.
Lucy is the Global Director who chairs and co-ordinates the Ministry Conferences and Programs Internationally.
Madhukar is the Director for India / Africa Conferences.
Thomas and Bhanu are the International Directors involved in Conferences across Asia Pacific.
Asrith Manda is the International Director involved in Conferences and Programs accross the USA.
Ruth Roshini is the International Director involved in Conferences and Programs in the USA.
Our History
Shofar Tabernacle Ministry started in the year 2009 when in his prime age, Sumeet Manakan J received a divine mandate from the Holy Spirit to surrender to a divine call of God revealed to him by an Audible voice. Later, his ministry was seen as a confirmation of the Prophecy that he received in the year 2006 by the Mighty and Powerful man of God Late Dr.D Arul Raj.
Our List of Shofar Apostolic Churches (SAC)
Shofar Tabernacle Ministries is spreading fast covering major areas and cities in South India to begin with. The main office is headquatered in Hyderabad, India. Shofar Apostolic Churches are in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Bellary, and various other towns in Nandyal District of Andhra Pradesh. As of now, a total of 12 Churches are currently managed and many more are envisioned in the future.

We believe in the Apostles Creed –
We believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; He descended and on the third day He rose again; He ascended into heaven, He is seated at the right hand of the Father, and He is coming again to judge the living and the dead.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy universal church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
Mission Initiatives
Shofar Tabernacle Ministries primary mission is to fulfill the divine mandate as revealed to Sumeet Manakan J from Romans 15:18-19 – to make the gentiles obeident by mighty signs and wonders by the power of the Holy Spirit. Towards this, the Ministry is founded on 4 main pillars, namely, 1. Evangelism 2. Bible Teaching 3. Prayer 4. Charity.
Hence, our Mission is involving conducting Open and Closed Gospel Meetings and Cursades, Discipleship and Mentorship Programs, Biblical Seminars and Conferences to Corporate Groups, Establishing Shofar Prayer Groups and reaching out to the Underprivileged of the society through the “Greater Love Ministry” for street dwellers, orphans and widows.
